Amazon's newest Fire TV Sticks (the 4K Select and the 2026 Fire TV Stick HD) run a new system, Vega OS. Before buying one, check that it offers the Silk browser. Roku and Apple TV have no web browser.

We don't recommend Amazon Fire tablets for the door: they don't come with Chrome, adding a page to the home screen is unreliable, and locking them to one page usually needs extra software.
