Is there really a free trial?
Yes — 14 days, and we don't ask for a card to start. If you decide it's not for you, nothing is ever charged.
What happens if my trial or subscription lapses?
The line stops taking new online check-ins until you subscribe. Your staff screen and owner dashboard keep working the whole time, so you're never locked out of your own data.
What if I go over my included texts?
Each location includes 1,000 texts a month. After that, texts are billed at $0.05 each. Only customers who opt in get texts: a confirmation and a "you're up" alert, plus any optional texts you turn on, such as updates as they move up the line.
Can I add locations later?
Yes, any time. New locations are billed at $19/month and prorated for the time left in your billing cycle.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from your billing portal, powered by Stripe. There's no phone call or email required.
What if I have 10 or more locations?
